Designed and implemented a scalable enterprise-grade design system for a construction and infrastructure organisation to unify UX across multiple internal platforms. The solution streamlined design and development workflows, reduced UI inconsistencies, and enabled faster product delivery through reusable components and standardised interaction patterns.
Personal Project · 2025
RaceView is a personal product design and prototyping project built for Formula 1 fans who want a clean, fast way to follow the current season. Designed in Figma and translated into a working React prototype packaged as an installable Android APK using Capacitor, demonstrating a full design-to-code workflow powered by modern tooling.
Insurance / Enterprise Operations · 2016
Partnered with underwriting, business, and technology teams to redesign a rules-engine application used to evaluate policy eligibility and risk. Through user interviews, stakeholder workshops, and collaborative discovery sessions, the solution simplified complex decision workflows, improved usability, and enabled underwriters to make faster, more informed decisions with greater confidence.

Led UX discovery and experience optimisation for a School of Lifelong Learning storefront serving both individual learners and corporate customers. Through research, persona development, and journey mapping, the redesign streamlined course discovery, filtering, and enrolment experiences while establishing a stronger foundation for future platform enhancements.

My Story
With more than 14 years of experience in UX and UI design, I specialize in crafting intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and building enterprise-grade design systems. My strength lies in translating complex business requirements into simple, scalable, and elegant design solutions. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and believe in design that blends usability, accessibility, and visual excellence.
My process is research-first. I want to understand why users behave the way they do and why organisations are structured the way they are. Context changes everything. I own the full design scope: from early discovery and service blueprinting through to shipped components and design system contributions. I like working in teams where decisions get debated properly, not just handed down.
Most of my work is under NDA. I'm happy to walk through full case studies in person or on a call, process artefacts, research outputs, the lot.
